The Role:

  • Build, maintain a sales pipeline tracked on the CRM system;
  • Close and deliver sales results based on the pipeline while reporting progress on projects to the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director on a regular basis;
  • Identify new business opportunities in line with the guidelines of the business strategy;
  • Maintain and develop high level sales relationships in order to maintain and increase market quotas, acting as a market leader in the assigned area;
  • Plan, develop and execute business development activities in the assigned area;
  • Drive the activities and actions in the assigned area and market for relevant products, services and spare parts sales;
  • Conducting Market Research and in deploying the global sales strategy facilitating growth and sales at the assigned area;
  • Identify the major top customers and ensuring their needs are being met, and that they are kept up to date with any new Cavotec products or developments through various methods including meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering desired, or equivalent experience;
  • Strong experience in selling and market knowledge;
  • Experience in the division’s systems, products and business region will be a plus;
  • Experience in negotiating international sales contracts;
  • Management and interpersonal skills;
  • Good communicator, fluency in English and Dutch (both spoken and written).
