SUMMARY

  • Acts as first point of contact for customer phone inquiries
  • Ensure all customer requests are assigned to the right person
  • Organizes all external and internal sales meetings for the regional sales team

 

Main tasks & key responsibilities

  • Acts as first point of contact for all sales inquiries and ensures all Cavotec product and service requests are answered in a timely fashion (i.e. spare parts to Inside Sales, project sales to the Area Sales Manager)
  • Qualifies and dispatches every sales lead from various marketing lead generation activities (e.g. trade event participation, webinars, social media and website)
  • Handles all administration for the Regional Sales Director
  • Organizes internal and external regional sales meetings, including events and fairs
  • Ensures out-of-region support and resources for the sub-team as needed for all sales administration
  • Facility manager for Sales Center
  • Provides and maintainsall sales collateral for the team

Qualifications

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Bachelor degree – recommended but not required
  • High energy, teamwork, and passion for driving sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
