Summary:

As Sales Support you will be responsible for communication and negotiation with the relevant stakeholders.

 

The Role:

  • Answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Main contact person for the customer and responsible for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create quotes, proposals and technical solutions for customers by coordinating internally with each operation
  • Proactively refer leads and inquiries to the sales team and ensure opportunities are maximized
  • Updating customer data and proposal information

 

Requirements:

  • Technical vocational training or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of sales, sales support or account management experience
  • Extensive industry knowledge
  • Experience with ERP system/CRM system/Salesforce an advantage
  • Fluent English and German
  • Personal strength
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working
  • Ambitious personality
  • Team spirit
